A Bit About Therapy
Sometimes we may find ourselves struggling. We may be at a crossroads or at a place where life has taken a difficult turn. We may feel lost in the world. We may want to explore experiences that feel unresolved or we simply need to talk.
Whatever has brought you to consider therapy, being fully listened to and seen for who you are can be immensely powerful and transformative.
The Way I Work
Walking alongside you
In the Beginning...
Creating trust is the first step in discovering who you are and how I can support you.
The Type of Therapy that I offer...
I work as a transpersonal integrative therapist. This means I have a holistic approach and use a variety of therapeutic models. These include psychodynamic, humanistic, person-centred, existential, cognitive behavioural therapy, Gestalt and transpersonal. We will talk, but I also offer different creative approaches such as using art imagery, sand, guided visualisations, meditative practices, dream and body work.
We do as much or as little of the creative approaches as you want.
Is that each therapy is individual and you will find a safe and confidential space to explore whatever you need.
